Andy started his business career at the age of 20, starting out in the retail industry. After two decades of success, aged 40 he expanded into the hospitality sector, owning and managing an array of business, including bars, pubs, restaurants and even a nightclub.
A seasoned property investor, he began purchasing investment properties in 1989, long before investment mortgages became normal. Over the years he had also ventured into property development, specializing in converting commercial spaces into residential homes.
In 2021, motivated by his personal experience as a borrower, and having navigated exorbitant broker fees, he shifted focus to become a property finance broker, setting up his own company Peritus Financial Services. Today, he leverages decades of business experience to help others navigate the often-complex world of property finance.
