Having grown up around retail business, Osman developed an understanding of the struggles small business’s faced. In his earlier career, Osman chose to step away from the retail space and take over managing a portfolio of properties. Within this, he dealt with all aspects of the business including working with brokers and lenders when reviewing lending needs. This ultimately drove him to step into the world of finance, first working at Barclays for 7 years before taking the leap into the world of brokering.
For Osman, becoming a broker allowed him to support similar small businesses, as well as property owners, in accessing the best possible deals available to them. He prides himself on his commitment to the client as a holistic advisor, supporting them through every step of the process, while also assisting business owners when it comes to obtaining funding.
