We got our property funded 100% using the guys at Magna Money! The deposit was funded through a long term unsecured business loan and the mortgage was arranged incredibly quickly after we were declined by another lender. We were already trading from the property and buying it from the landlord reduced our monthly outgoings at the same time as providing the property as a long term asset. We also took advantage of their advice which saved stamp duty and gave us a structure which ensured the property was outside of the trading business.
